This 2-day in-person, instructor led training was designed as part of a cohort program intended to prepare high-potential employees for executive level roles. The learning need was identified after the first cohort's participants lacked effective executive presence and presentation skills during their final business presentations. In this workshop learners engage in experiential learning including data storytelling, extemporaneous speaking, reflection, assessed presentations, and a collaborative crisis-response simulation.
