Each full-color, two sided card set shown below was developed to support the facilitation of hands-on, interactive exercises, games, and simulations during the Executive Presence & Presentation Skills 2-day workshop. Additional explanation and usage of the cards is available in the speaker's notes of each presentation and related materials provided on the Instructor Led Training page of my portfolio.
The content of these cards was designed and written by me (Holli Hurt). The visual design and final layout of each set was created by my talented colleague and friend, Graphic Designer Paul Ruda. For more information on Paul and his design work you can visit his website at www.rudacreative.com
Each set of cards represents a single activity during the Executive Presence & Presentation Skills workshop.
All of the card sets shown below are used to facilitate the Under Pressure tabletop scenario game that is the culminating activity for the Executive Presence & Presentation Skills Workshop. This game is intended as a fun way for learners to practice executive presence and creative problem solving for a potentially real(ish)-world problem they could encounter as a manager. There are color-coded sets of cards for 5 tables of 4-5 players. Additional information on game play can be found here.
These cards may be presented by a facilitator to a specific player to simulate the sometimes unpredictable behavior of people during a crisis.
