As an Instructional Designer I have found a passion for developing engaging learning solutions that are tailored to the needs of both learners and stakeholders.  I enjoy all parts of the Instructional Design process from needs analysis to post training evaluation.

With proficiency in developing all types of training from eLearning to Instructor Led workshops, I strive to produce quality, scenario based and real-world training modules that exceed expectations.  My background has given me considerable experience understanding the unique challenges of designing and delivering Instructor Led and Virtual Instructor Led Training as well.
