As an Instructional Designer I have found a passion for developing engaging learning solutions that are tailored to the needs of both learners and stakeholders.  I enjoy all parts of the Instructional Design process from needs analysis to post training evaluation.

With proficiency in developing eLearning using both Articulate Storyline and Rise 360, I strive to produce quality, scenario based and real-world training modules that exceed expectations.  My background has given me considerable experience understanding the unique challenges of designing and delivering Instructor Led and Virtual Instructor Led Training as well.

Working in adult learning, I recognize the importance of constantly adding to my skill set and advancing my own education.  That's why I chose to complete the Applied Instructional Design Academy (AIDA) program to hone my skills as a designer and developer of adult training.  Each badge in the program requires completion of multiple lessons and practice projects including extensive coach feedback from ID professionals.  You can click on the badges to learn more.

When I'm not working, I can usually be found with my husband and daughter somewhere outside.  We enjoy all things motor sports from drag racing to dirt bike riding, and spend a considerable portion of our November weekends in a deer stand.
